Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to Library OS, a digital Android app sold for library owners.

Digital Product Policy

Library OS is a digital product. Refunds are only considered when the product is not delivered to the customer after a successful payment and the issue is not resolved within a reasonable support window.

Once the app download link and activation support have been delivered, refunds are generally not applicable.

Eligible Refund Cases

A refund may be considered if payment is successful but the product is not delivered, the activation process cannot be completed due to our side, or the customer is charged multiple times for the same order.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not applicable for change of mind, lack of technical knowledge to use Android apps, delay caused by the customer not sharing required activation details, or failure to read the app requirements before purchase.
