Library OS is a digital Android application. This policy explains how access is delivered after purchase — there is no physical shipping involved.

Digital Delivery Only

We do not ship any physical product. After a successful payment, access to the Library OS app (download link and/or activation details) is delivered digitally — via WhatsApp and/or email, as applicable.

Delivery Timeline

In most cases, access details are shared within a few minutes of payment confirmation. During high-demand periods or if manual verification is required, it may take up to 24 hours. If you haven't received your access details within 24 hours, please contact us.

How You'll Receive Access

You will receive your app download link and activation details on the WhatsApp number or email address you provide at checkout. Please make sure these details are accurate when placing your order.

Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your access details, or if the link/activation code does not work, contact our support team with your Payment ID and we will resolve it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the website or app after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.
